After eight days of testimony and nearly two days of deliberations, War Machine, who changed his name from Jonathan Koppenhaver, was found guilty on 29 of 34 charges - including domestic violence, sexual assault, kidnapping and coercing witnesses - in the beatings of porn star Christy Mack and her friend Corey Thomas in August 2014.

The former mixed martial arts fighter was charged in the attempted murder, sex assault and attack on his ex-girlfriend Christine Mackinday in August 2014.

Jurors convicted him of most of the counts.

Mack - star of Cherry Spot 2, Hooker Hookups and Porn in the United States of America 1, among others - dated Thomas for two months before Koppenhaver arrived at her home unexpectedly.

War Machine, whose birth name was Jon Koppenhaver, was facing multiple charges in connection with the beating of his ex-girlfriend, Christy Mack and her boyfriend, Corey Thomas in 2014. He has been in jail since. He could face up to life in prison.

This is a developing story. They said Koppenhaver was attacking Thomas at the time. The beating stopped, he said, when he asked Koppenhaver if his "end game" was going to be to kill him or let him go.

Koppenhaver is scheduled to receive his sentencing on June 5 in Las Vegas.

Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron said: "Theresa May is embarking on an extreme and divisive Brexit". The period can only be made longer by way of a unanimous vote of all European countries' governments.

Thomas said he allegedly suffered a broken nose, dislocated shoulder, scrapes, bruises and bite marks in the attack.

Koppenhaver did not testify during his two-week trial.

"He nearly beat her to death and he threw a dog blanket on her as she was convulsing from a lacerated liver".

Mack said she fled her home and ran bleeding to neighbors' homes when Koppenhaver went to the kitchen to fetch a knife.

Koppenhaver was arrested a week later in the Los Angeles suburb of Simi Valley.

Koppenhaver, 35, made his UFC debut at The Ultimate Fighter 6 Finale, where he won KO and Fight of the Night honors. His final fight was in 2013.
