DEADLIEST CATCH Sig Hansen sorry for spitting on Uber driver

"Deadliest Catch" star Sig Hansen has been caught up in legal drama.

The Seattle Times reports the 51-year-old had been in the Ballard neighborhood celebrating Norway's Constitution Day with family and was arrested early Thursday at his Shoreline home.

Police said they found a foot-sized dent in the fender and some spit on the driver's headrest when they examined the vehicle. Hansen still denies spitting on the Uber driver, however, he has offered to pay for the damages done to the vehicle. The driver stopped in route to let them out and that's when things went sideways. Hansen also "kicked the outside of the rear of the passenger side of the vehicle, causing a dent", the report states.

Volquez is 3-4 with a 4.29 ERA in nine career starts against the Dodgers and has struggled with Turner (6-for-12, one homer). Ryu walked a whopping six batters in the contest and threw just 57 of his 101 pitches for strikes.

The driver told officers Hansen and the other passengers appeared "intoxicated". " ... He then resisted our attempts and commands to place his hands behind his back". He bailed out soon after.

Hansen then reportedly became extremely angry, spat on the driver's head and on the back of the driver's seat, and got out of the auto and kicked it.

The gossip site claims that he is now facing charges of assault and property destruction. Apparently, Sig tried to offer the driver $100 to continue the trip but the Uber employee refused as it's against company policy. "The driver drove away and called police". Hansen has been a celebrity participant in past Syttende Mai festivities. His estranged daughter, Melissa Eckstrom, 29, is now suing the cable TV star, claiming her father sexually abused her as a toddler, while her parents were divorcing almost three decades ago. That case is headed to the Appeals Court.
