Google Pixel 2 Details Leak, Supersized Smartphones Will Outperform Galaxy S8

So the company won't have to remain dependent on Samsung for the OLED displays. Well the Google Store is offering a free case with the purchase of a Pixel XL (with either 32GB or 128GB of storage). The 10th anniversary iPhone will also have a similar curved OLED screen.

Concept Creator on YouTube released a video about possible designs Google might come up with for the Pixel 2.

To be realistic, Google Pixel 2 may not need 6GB RAM. Spotted on GeekBench, the latter should be powered by 4 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 835 processor, the same one that is present inside the United States version of the Galaxy S8.

Samsung's flagship, the Galaxy S8, now holds the title being the greatest Android smartphone this year.

The concept video lists wireless charging and fast charging as features intended for Pixel 2. The search giant has a reputation of associating the size of its devices with their codenames. Last year's Pixel lacked water-resistance, probably because Google had run out of time to implement the feature.

American Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE:AMID) Gross Margin Score Update
The pipeline company reported $0.33 earnings per share for the quarter, missing the Zacks' consensus estimate of $0.35 by $0.02. Spirit Of America Management Corp increased Magellan Midstream Partners Lp (MMP) stake by 11.4% reported in 2016Q4 SEC filing.

Google will be holding its I/O developer conference, scheduled to start on Wednesday, May 17, which may be the time and place that they announce further details about the next-generation Pixel smartphones. By saying all, it means all upcoming three Pixel smartphones now known only by their codenames: Walleye, Muskie and Taimen.

In this respect, the Walleye will be smallest and would replace the Pixel. Since muskies are bigger than walleyes, the code name "muskie" belongs to the larger Pixel 2 XL. According to the said report, the third Pixel device will be called Taimen. On the other hand, Pixel 2 scored on Geekbench of 1804 in single core testing and 6248 in multi-core. According to the review of Digital Trends, Samsung Galaxy S8 managed 1762 in single core and 5723 in a multi core.

Taimen's single-core score isn't that impressive, but there is always a possibility of it being a tablet with average specifications rather than a Pixel 2 line device. If this particular factor is kept in mind, the Taimen's scores in comparison to the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Sony Xperia XZ Premium are not bad at all.

So while butter smooth performance of the Pixel 2 is nearly there for the taking, which again matches its flagship status, here are the other aspects expected of the Pixel 2 range.
