About a week after releasing its list of the most popular baby names in the U.S.in 2016, the Social Security Administration on Thursday came out with its breakdown of last year's most popular names by state based on Social Security card registrations. Mason only appears on Ohio's list, James is unique to Kentucky's Top Five, while Oliver and Benjamin are only on Indiana's list. In Louisiana, Liam was the name most frequently bestowed on boys, with 276 little Liams.

There is only one new name in the top 10 this year-Elijah, the first time he has ever reached the top tier. For girls, it was Emma, Olivia, Ava, Charlotte and Harper.

Emma and Noah are the United States' most popular baby names, according to a new report from the Social Security Administration emailed to the Deseret News. Noah sat atop the list for boy names.

India can then go to the Security Council, which may then decide upon measures to be taken to give effect to the judgement. India told the ICJ that immediate steps must be taken to stop Pakistan from carrying out the death sentence of Jadhav.

The agency broke the names down by state.

For boys, Kylo soared from number 3,269 in 2015 to number 901. The administration attributed this hike to singer Kehlani Parrish who was nominated for a Grammy past year. She was named an artist to watch and clearly new parents agree her star is rising. The name Zayn also made the boys fastest riser list. Both jumped down a spot in the 2016 rankings. In 2015, Kylo was number 3,269.
