The NEET 2017 examinations have been attended by almost 12 lakh students, out of which about 10 lakh have given it in either English or Hindi and around 1.25 to 1.50 lakh students have appeared in eight vernacular languages. A total of 11,38,890 students registered for this examination including 1522 NRIs, 480 OCIs, 70 PIOs and 613 Foreigners. The answer key was released on June 15 and it was available on the official website until June 16. The Supreme Court vacated the stay and allowed the CBSE to declare the NEET 2017 results. "To be announced on June 20, 2017", the official result portal results.nic.in said.

Over 15 lakh students had appeared for the class 10th exams which were conducted by the Bihar Board from March 1 to March 8, 2017. The board has also advised students to keep checking biharboard.ac.in frequently for updates.

In order to check their result students would need their exam roll number and date of birth. Do not forget to save a copy and take a print out for future reference. He expressed concern the delay in declaring the NEET results 2017 would cause anxiety to students and also defer the already fixed admissions schedule to undergraduate courses - MBBS and BDS - in government and private medical colleges.
