The Xbox One X: The most powerful Console?

We're still a few months away from the launch of the Xbox One X console, but it seems that Microsoft executives need to get their story straight.

"Yes there is an optional stand for vertical!"

There you have it, folks, something interesting is cooking behind-the-closed-doors at Microsoft regarding Xbox One pre-order. "We'll have more to share about this program when it launches later, this year".

Right now we only know two of the original Xbox games that will be added to the program this year: Crimson Skies and Fusion Frenzy. Global pricing is £449, €499, CA$599, and AU$649.

"Xbox One X is for the customer who's looking for the most powerful console that's going to run every game they're going to play better than any other console", Spencer told Eurogamer in an interview as he explained that there is always a premium market to be served. Microsoft had confirmed that from there on out the only 2TB systems would be special editions, like the Gears of War 4 edition Xbox One S. Thanks to this I've very rarely uninstalled games, building up a collection of over 70 that are now installed.

THE Xbox One X will do nothing to bolster the firm's sales this winter, experts believe.

Darjeeling unrest continues, Rajnath Singh appeals peace; Mamata smells conspiracy
Banerjee said the state government is ready to initiate a dialogue with the party in a conducive environment. She also urged the Centre to extend support to her government in Kolkata and to avoid encouraging the GJM.

Phil Spencer has recently teased some news from the developers of Halo, 343 Industries.

And Sony can breathe a sigh of relief as it's PlayStation 4 machine will continue to dominate Europe in the foreseeable future, it's claimed.

"I look at Pro as more of a competitor to S than I do to Xbox One X", Spencer said, as he referred to the more affordable Xbox One S.

Whenever a new games console is designed and manufactured it requires a huge amount of upfront costs. This probably won't be one of those years in which Microsoft's or Sony's showings have a big impact on how things shake out. Both companies put on well-produced shows featuring some compelling announcements and content, and this year, it's hard to point to a clear victor when strictly comparing the competing E3 shows.

While it's still a bitter deal for players, I can now see Sony's point, but I also agree with Spencer that it's not a good deal for anyone. I suspect Microsoft is going to be making a loss on each sale rather than breaking even. LinkedIn is owned by Microsoft. The Motley Fool has a disclosure policy.
